  • We welcome CVs from marketers, whatever your level or background. Our approach is always to make contact, sometimes to discuss immediate opportunities, but often candidates use us as a career advisory and mentoring service until the right opportunity is identified.

  • We encourage personal contact through an initial interview, which provides a good understanding of each individual's aspirations and ambitions.

  • Before a candidate is introduced to a client, there is a thorough briefing process including a full job description and background material on the organisation and sector. We always use the candidate's own CV to emphasise individuality and will provide guidance and coaching to ensure good presentation at interview.

  • During the appointment process, full updates are made to ensure applicants know which stage has been reached.

  • We provide advice on negotiation of remuneration and benefits packages.

  • There is also a post appointment appraisal process for both client and candidate to ensure that a smooth transition to the new position has been made.
